Systematic Literatur Review : Pengaruh Perceived Insider Status (PIS) Terhadap Perilaku Kinerja Karyawan Dalam Organisasi

Abstract


Perceived Insider Status (PIS) merupakan konstruksi penting dalam perilaku organisasi yang menggambarkan sejauh mana karyawan memandang dirinya sebagai bagian dari organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi PIS serta dampaknya terhadap sikap dan perilaku kerja karyawan melalui metode systematic literature review. Proses penelusuran dilakukan menggunakan protokol PRISMA 2.0 terhadap artikel jurnal bereputasi yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2002–2025, berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, serta tersedia dalam bentuk full text. Dari 17.800 artikel yang teridentifikasi, diperoleh 24 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa PIS umumnya berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan berbagai faktor organisasi—seperti dukungan organisasi, kepemimpinan, praktik SDM, keamanan psikologis, desain pekerjaan, dan hubungan atasan–bawahan—dengan berbagai luaran positif, antara lain kinerja karyawan, keterlibatan kerja, kepuasan terhadap umpan balik, organizational citizenship behavior, komitmen organisasi, serta penurunan turnover intention. Sebagian besar penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan konteks geografis yang didominasi oleh negara Asia, khususnya Tiongkok. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa PIS merupakan mekanisme psikologis kunci dalam menjembatani kebijakan organisasi dan perilaku karyawan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat celah penelitian, terutama terkait penggunaan metode kualitatif, perluasan konteks negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, serta eksplorasi PIS pada sektor kesehatan.
