The purpose of publishing this journal is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas and the results of community service that have been achieved in the field of public service.

PAMAS, specifically focuses on the main problems in the development of public service science as follows:

Peer Review Process

Jurnal Pelayanan dan Pengabdian Masyarakat diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM). 
Artikel PAMAS dimasukan melalui proses elektronik (OJS), sehingga setiap penulis wajib mendaftarkan diri dan memasukan naskahnya melalui OJS (Registrasi).
Setiap naskah yang masuk akan dilakukan peer review (blind review) oleh 2 (dua) reviewer. Peer review dilakukan secara online oleh reviewer dan hasilnya akan disampaikan kepada penulis melalui email.
Hasil review dapat berupa penerimaan, revisi, dan penolakan naskah. Maksimum waktu review adalah 1 (satu) bulan setelah penerimaan naskah. Proses peninjauan akan mempertimbangkan hal baru, objektivitas, metode, dampak ilmiah, kesimpulan, dan rujukan. Reviewer akan menyarankan penerimaan artikel manuskrip. Editor akan memutuskan apakah manuskrip tersebut memenuhi persyaratan Jurnal Teknologi Informasi. Keputusan editor adalah final.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Ethics

Journal of Community Service and Service (PAMAS) is a review journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service at the University of Respati Indonesia. This statement describes the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the process of publishing articles in this journal, including authors, editor-in-chief, editorial board, reviewers and publishers.

Journal Publication Ethics Guidelines

The publication of articles in the reviewed Journal of Community Service and Community Service (PAMAS) is an important building block in the development of a coherent and recognized knowledge network. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the author's work and the institutions that support it. The articles reviewed support and embody the scientific method. Therefore, it is important to agree on ethical standards that are expected for all parties involved in the act of publishing: authors, journal editors, best partners, publishers and the public.

The Institute for Research and Community Service of Universitas Respati Indonesia as the publisher of the PAMAS journal takes the task of maintaining all stages of publishing very seriously and we are aware of our ethics and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprint or other commercial revenue does not influence or influence editorial decisions. In addition, the Institute for Research and Community Service at the University of Respati Indonesia and the Editorial Board will assist in communication with other journals and/or publishers if necessary.

Publication Decision

PAMAS editors are responsible for deciding which articles to publish. The validation of the work and its importance to researchers and readers should always drive that decision. Editors can be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and are limited by applicable legal provisions, such as defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism. Editors may negotiate with other editors or best partners in making this decision.

Aspect of justice

Editors evaluate manuscripts from time to time for the author's intellectual content regardless of the author's race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnicity, nationality, or political views.

Confidentiality

The editor and any editorial staff may not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the authors, reviewers, prospective reviewers, other appropriate editorial boards and publishers, as appropriate.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

Unpublished material in the submitted text may not be used in the editor's own research without the written consent of the author.

Reviewer's Task

Contribution to Editorial Decisions

Bestari partners assist editors in making editorial decisions and can help writers improve the quality of manuscripts through editors.

Speed

Any selected reviewers who feel they do not meet the requirements/interests to review the manuscript or do not have sufficient time to study must immediately notify the editor and withdraw from the review process.

Confidentiality

Any manuscript received for review must be treated as a confidential document. Manuscripts may not be disseminated or discussed with others unless authorized by the editor.

Objectivity Standard

Review must be done objectively. Personal criticism of the author is not appropriate to convey. Reviewers must express their views clearly with supporting arguments.

Source Acknowledgment

Reviewers should identify relevant published works that have not been cited by the authors. Statements that previously reported observations, derivations, or arguments must be accompanied by relevant citations. The reviewer must also state to the editor if there are substantial similarities or overlaps between the manuscript under consideration and other published articles.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

Information or ideas obtained in the review process must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviewers must reject texts that have conflicts of interest due to competition, collaboration, or other relationships and connections with any of the authors, companies or institutions associated with the manuscript.

Reporting Standard

Authors of the original research report must present an accurate report of the work done and an objective discussion of the importance of the research. The underlying data must be accurately included in the manuscript. A manuscript should contain sufficient details and references to allow others to imitate the work. Reporting fraud or intentionally providing inaccurate information is unethical and unacceptable behavior.

Source Acknowledgment

Proper acknowledgment of the work of others should always be given. Authors must cite influential publications in determining the work to be reported.

List of Screenwriters

Authors should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, implementation, or interpretation of the reported research. Everyone who has made a significant contribution must be registered as an assistant writer. Persons or other parties who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they must be recognized or listed as contributors. Correspondence authors must ensure that all authors are listed in the manuscript and that there are no inappropriate authors, and that all authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to submit it for publication.

Human or Animal Hazards and Subjects.

If the work involves chemicals, procedures, or equipment that have extraordinary hazards inherent in their use, the author must identify these clearly in the text.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

All authors must disclose in their texts any substantive or financial conflicts of interest that may be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project must be disclosed.

Fundamental Errors in Published Works

When the author discovers significant errors or inaccuracies in the published work, it is the duty of the author to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the manuscript.

Article Template

JOURNAL OF SERVICE AND COMMUNITY SERVICE
 
The Service and Community Service Journal receives original scientific papers (articles, reviews / reviews, case study reports, book reviews, or matters relating to groups of health sciences. The article has not been published or is in the process of being submitted for publication in another journal or magazine .
PEER REVIEW ARTICLE
Articles that have been sent to the journal will be reviewed related to the technical writing and substance of the article by at least 2 (two) reviewers.
ORISINALITY AND PLAGIARISM
The author of the article must ensure that the manuscript sent is his own work and free of plagiarism. All the texts that will be published will be checked for similarity using antiplagiarism software.
 Writing system
1. Initial section: title (maximum 20 words; 14 pt), author's name (without title), origin of institution / institution, e-mail, abstract (written in Indonesian and / or English. Abstracts arranged in words not exceeding 250 words by using Calibri font size 11 pt single space. On the abstract page there are minimum keywords of 3 words and a maximum of 9 words.
2. Main section: contains introduction, literature review and development of hypotheses (if any), methods / methods of research, results of research and discussion, and conclusions and suggestions.
3. The final part: thank you, symbol description (if any), and bibliography
2. Layout
Manuscripts are written on A4 paper with the margin format as follows:
1. Margin of 2.5 cm
2. Margins below 2.0 cm
3. Left margin of 2.5 cm
4. Right margin of 2.0 cm
Each text has a maximum of 10 pages (including tables, images and reference lists) with a single spacing, Calibri font, size 11 pt.
b. Language, Unit and Symbol
Manuscripts written in Indonesian are standard, straightforward and clear. The use of units and symbols refers to the rules of the National Standards and International Units (SI).
 Writing Equations
Equations or formulas are written using software equestion and are numbered, for example:

Writing equations in text is stated by Press. (1).
Pictures and Tables
Images and Tables are printed in black and white. Writing pictures and tables like the example below.
             Figure 1. Caption (below center) and Table 1. Description of the table (in the upper middle). In the text written in Fig. 1. and Table 1.
3. List of references
The reference list is written in the order in which it appears in the text using Vancouver Systems (numbers in square brackets). Reference includes initials and author's name (anonym), journal name or book name, volume, editor, publisher, city, year, and page.

Peer Review Process

Journal of Community Service and Service is published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM).
PAMAS articles are entered through an electronic process (OJS), so that each writer must register and enter the manuscript through OJS (Registration).
Each incoming script will be peer reviewed (blind review) by 2 (two) reviewers. Peer reviews are carried out online by the reviewer and the results will be submitted to the author via email.
The results of the review can be in the form of acceptance, revision, and rejection of the text. The maximum review time is 1 (one) month after receipt of the manuscript. The review process will consider new things, objectivity, methods, scientific impacts, conclusions, and references. Reviewers will suggest receipt of manuscript articles. The editor will decide whether the manuscript meets the requirements of the Information Technology Journal. The editor's decision is final.
