Determinan Yang Berhubungan Dengan Mutu Layanan Keperawatan Rumah Sakit

Abstract


Pendahuluan: Era digitalisasi kesehatan telah mentransformasi sistem pelayanan rumah sakit melalui implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan beban kerja perawat, pelatihan RME, dan kepatuhan pengisian RME dengan mutu layanan di Unit Rawat Jalan dan Unit Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit X di Jakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, dan sampel penelitian terdiri dari 82 perawat yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berisi 40 pertanyaan yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson dan regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan mutu pelayanan (p < 0,001). Kepatuhan pengisian RME memiliki hubungan positif paling kuat dengan mutu pelayanan (r = 0,642), diikuti pelatihan RME (r = 0,615), sementara beban kerja perawat menunjukkan hubungan negatif kuat (r = -0,530). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel memiliki hubungan sangat kuat dengan mutu pelayanan (R = 0,798) dan menjelaskan 63,7% varians mutu pelayanan. Kesimpulan: Manajemen rumah sakit perlu memprioritaskan program peningkatan kepatuhan RME, optimalisasi program pelatihan, dan pengelolaan beban kerja yang efektif, dengan kepatuhan pengisian RME sebagai faktor dominan dalam mencapai mutu pelayanan optimal.
