Hubungan Kinerja Perawat Dengan Risiko Terjadinya Skin Tears Pada Pasien Lansia Di Ruang Intermediate Medical Rumah Sakit Jantung Dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Jakarta

Abstract


Skin tears merupakan komplikasi pada kulit merupakan efek pemasangan medical device, tape adhesive, trauma, jatuh, tarikan, gesekan dan geseran di tempat tidur serta lipatan dari alas tempat tidur. Prevalensi skin tears di 86 rumah sakit umum di Australia Barat merupakan kelompok luka terbesar ketiga pada tahun 2007-2009. Skin tears tahun 2017 dilaporkan di Denmark mencapai 3,3% - 19,8% dan di ICU rumah sakit tersier Turki 11,7% dari total 418 lansia. Hal tersebut terjadi karena mekanikal dan perilaku kerja dari perawat yang kurang baik saat memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien. Apabila tidak melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan dengan benar, maka akan memperoleh kinerja yang tidak maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja perawat dengan risiko terjadinya skin tears pada lansia di ruang intermediate medical RSJPD Harapan Kita Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan hubungan kausal. Populasi diambil dari seluruh perawat pelaksana ruang intermediate medical total 75 perawat, diambil sampel dengan kriteria inklusi perawat ruang intermediate medical yang aktif melakukan asuhan keperawatan dan kriteria eksklusi yaitu perawat yang tidak aktif dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan diperoleh 65 responden. Nilai signifikansi chi-square kinerja perawat dengan risiko skin tears yaitu 0,000 yang berarti memiliki hubungan signifikan dan didapatkan korelasi sebesar 59,5%. Lama bekerja juga merupakan variabel perancu dalam penelitian ini memiliki hubungan signifikansi 0,049 dan mempengaruhi sebesar 29,2% melalui uji korelasi koefisien kontingensi (n sama dengan 65, X^2 kurang dari 0,05). Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan terobosan baru dalam pencetusan kode billing di Indonesia sesuai dengan kode ICD 10 internasional O.70.0 yang bisa dimasukkan ke medical record serta service charging pasien.
