Dampak Kepadatan Pasien IGD Terhadap Stres, Kecemasan dan Depresi Pada Dokter Jaga Di RSUD Dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid Kota Bekasi

Abstract


Kepadatan IGD mengakibatkan dampak psikologis bagi kesehatan mental dokter jaga IGD. Tujuan
penelitian untuk menunjukkan karakteristik dokter pelayan kegawatdaruratan, menunjukkan tingkat
kepadatan yang terjadi, menganalisa terjadinya stres, cemas dan depresi dikaitkan dengan kepadatan
di IGD RSUD dr. Chasbullaah Abdulmadjid Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian dengan deskriptif kuantitatif,
desain cross-sectional. Total sampling melibatkan 27 dokter jaga IGD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
mayoritas responden berusia <40 tahun dan sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan. Penelitian
di bulan Desember 2024-Januari 2025 menunjukkan mayoritas dokter menjalani kondisi kepadatan
diatas level 3 skala NEDOSCS. Dokter jaga mengalami kecemasan dan stres, namun tidak ditemukan
depresi. Ada hubungan kuat serta pengaruh dari kepadatan terhadap stres dan kecemasan. Penelitian
ini menyimpulkan bahwa terjadi kepadatan pada bulan Desember 2024 hingga Januari 2025 di IGD
RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid Kota Bekasi. Kepadatan mengakibatkan timbulnya stres dan
kecemasan pada dokter jaga IGD. Pengaruh kepadatan terhadap stres dengan nilai OR 30,265, sig.
0.000, dan kepadatan terhadap kecemasan dengan nilai OR 25,953, sig. 0.006.
