Peran Komitmen Manajemen Dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pelayanan Rumah Sakit

Abstract


Mutu pelayanan rumah sakit merupakan indikator utama kinerja organisasi pelayanan kesehatan dan menjadi fokus penting dalam pengelolaan rumah sakit modern. Salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan adalah komitmen manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komitmen manajemen dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 120 tenaga kesehatan dan staf manajerial rumah sakit, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen manajemen berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit berada pada kategori baik. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa komitmen manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pelayanan rumah sakit (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa komitmen manajemen memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Penguatan komitmen manajemen perlu menjadi prioritas strategis dalam pengelolaan rumah sakit untuk mewujudkan pelayanan yang bermutu dan berkelanjutan.
