Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Length Of Stay (LOS) di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Hermina Ciputat

Abstract


Latar Belakang : Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan antara pelayanan dan LOS di IGD harus teridentifikasi. Pada tahun 2021, rentang LOS IGD di Hermina Ciputat berkisar antara 3-5 jam, sementara itu target LOS IGD Hermina Ciputat kurang dari 2 jam
Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Desain penelitian menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel 103 pasien.
Hasil Penelitian: Mayoritas pasien di IGD RS Hermina Ciputat Prioritas 3 dengan waktu assessment 11 menit, Pemeriksaan Penunjang IGD 90,5 menit, konsultasi DPJP 188,7 menit, proses transfer pasien IGD 237,8 menit dan waktu LOS IGD 502,66 menit. Faktor yang berhubungan signifikan terhadap LOS IGD adalah Triage dan Proses Transfer pasien
Kesimpulan : Keseluruhan proses di IGD baik triage pasien, assessment pasien, proses hasil Pemeriksaan Penunjang, proses konsultasi DPJP dan proses transfer pasien mempunyai hubungan signifikan terhadap peningkatan LOS IGD RS Hermina Ciputat
