Manfaat Senam Lansia Untuk Mengurangi Gangguan Tidur Insomnia Pada Lansia

Abstract


Tujuan :Untuk mengetahui manfaat senam lansia khususnya untuk mengurangi gangguan   tidur insomnia pada lansia usia 60-72 tahun di desa Barengkok Bahan dan Cara : Penelitian ini menggunakan design quasi experimental design dengan rancangan pre dan post pada kelompok lansia ≥ 60 tahun. Pada penelitian ini lansa dilakukan wawancara dengan Pittsburgh Insomnia Rating Scale (PIRS)  sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil selisih skor rata-rata PIRS dibandingkan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh intervensi senam lansia terhadap gangguan tidur  insomnia pada lansia. Sampel  diambil secara acak dengan jumlah sampel  menggunakan rumus perbedaan rata rata sebelum dan sesuadah perlakuan . se anyak 20  subyek Hasil : Subyek yang dapat mengikuti program sampai selesai sebanyak 17 subyek dengan 4 orang (23,5%) laki-laki dan 13 orang (76,5%) perempuan. Hasil skor imsonia secara keseluruhan diperoleh p= 0,54 (p>0,05) dengan selisih rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah sebesar  167,98±1104,42. adanya perubahan skor insomnia sebelum dan sesudah intervensi tetapi tidak bermakna Namun berdasarkan komponen PIRS sendiri tidak adanya pengaruh senam lansia terhadap komponen PIRS Kesimpulan :  Ada perubahan skor insomnia sebelum dan sesudah intervensi tetapi tidak bermakna tetapi pada komponen PIRS tidak ada perubahan
