Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) affects patients' quality of life and increases mortality rates. One possible contributing factor is family support, which serves as a guide for concrete policies and actions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and quality of life in tuberculosis patients. This analytical study, using a cross-sectional approach, was conducted on 35 TB patients using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The results showed a p-value of 0.0001, concluding that there is a strong relationship between family support and quality of life in tuberculosis patients.
