Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Pasar: Studi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Jawa Timur

Abstract


Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif saat ini, supply chain quality menjadi salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dan market performance perusahaan. Perusahaan manufaktur di wilayah berkembang seperti Jawa Timur menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga standar rantai pasok yang konsisten guna mendukung daya saing dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara supply chain quality dan market performance pada 127 perusahaan manufaktur dari berbagai sektor dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan buyer-supplier relationship dan supply chain quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap supplier performance, sedangkan firm corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, buyer-supplier relationship, supply chain quality, dan supplier performance terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap operational performance, yang selanjutnya memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap market performance. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan supply chain quality dapat memperbaiki efisiensi operasional, memperkuat daya saing perusahaan, serta berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi regional Jawa Timur melalui peningkatan produktivitas industri dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini memperkaya literatur manajemen rantai pasok di pasar berkembang dan memberikan implikasi manajerial untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan sekaligus mendukung pembangunan ekonomi daerah yang berkelanjutan.
