Abstract

Digital-era human resources require not only knowledge and skills relevant to their areas of expertise but also soft skills, one of which is creativity, which plays an important role in problem-solving and increasing work productivity. SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sleman seeks to equip students with competencies that meet the needs of the business and industrial sectors (DuDi); however, it still faces challenges in utilizing technology to enhance creativity. Augmented Reality (AR) is a promising technology, but its utilization remains limited due to teachers' and students' insufficient understanding of the technology. Therefore, AR training was conducted involving 10 teachers and 35 students. The results showed that the training was implemented very smoothly, improved participants' understanding and creativity in utilizing AR technology, and increased the assessment scores from 7.86 to 9.5, as well as participants' ability to create AR content. User satisfaction evaluation also showed highly satisfactory results
