Pengaruh Work-Life Balance Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Stres Kerja Karyawan Di Kabupaten Karawang

Abstract


Di era globalisasi yang kompetitif, sumber daya manusia merupakan aset strategis yang menentukan keberhasilan organisasi melalui pencapaian kinerja yang optimal. Namun, tuntutan profesional yang tinggi di kawasan industri seperti Kabupaten Karawang sering kali memicu stres kerja akibat ketidakseimbangan antara urusan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden karyawan tetap di Kabupaten Karawang melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p-value=0,03), yang berarti kemampuan mengelola waktu dan kepuasan di dua ranah kehidupan akan meningkatkan kontribusi profesional. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan dalam menurunkan tingkat stres kerja (p-value=0,01). Sebaliknya, stres kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan kinerja (p-value=0,02), di mana tekanan fisik dan mental bertindak sebagai penghambat produktivitas serta pemicu kesalahan kerja di lingkungan manufaktur. Secara keseluruhan, stres kerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan hubungan antara keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja dengan performa akhir karyawan
