Analisis Kapabilitas Internal Berbasis Sumber Daya dan Kompetensi Inti serta Implikasinya terhadap Struktur Organisasi dan Daya Saing

Abstract


ABSTRAK
Studi konseptual ini meneliti bagaimana evaluasi kemampuan internal yang meliputi sumber daya, kompetensi inti, dan struktur organisasi berkontribusi pada keunggulan kompetitif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi sumber daya memerlukan penilaian nilai, kelangkaan, dan kemampuan untuk ditiru. Identifikasi kompetensi inti berfokus pada aktivitas yang memberikan nilai pelanggan yang unggul melalui rutinitas organisasi yang unik. Evaluasi struktural memeriksa keselarasan dengan strategi, aliran informasi, tingkat desentralisasi, dan biaya koordinasi. Ketiga komponen ini membentuk sistem terintegrasi di mana setiap komponen memengaruhi komponen lainnya. Evaluasi sistematis memberikan dasar untuk perumusan strategi yang realistis. Organisasi yang melakukan evaluasi internal secara teratur mengembangkan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan melalui pemahaman diri yang akurat. Implikasi teoritis mencakup pengayaan literatur manajemen strategis dengan penekanan pada diagnosis internal. Implikasi praktis mengharuskan manajer untuk mengalokasikan sumber daya yang cukup untuk proses evaluasi berkala.
