IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI BAYTIQ BERBASIS ANDROID PADA BAYT AL-QUR'AN DAN MUSEUM ISTIQLAL JAKARTA

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Tempat yang digunakan untuk menyimpan koleksi peninggalan karya seni Islam dan mushaf Al-Qur’an. Salah satunnya adalah Bayt Al-Qur’an dan Museum Istiqlal (BQMI).  Pencarian informasi terhadap koleksi peninggalan karya seni Islam serta mushaf Al-Qur’an pada BQMI masih terbatas, sehingga diperlukan media untuk penyebaran informasi yang lebih luas. Aplikasi BAYTIQ dikembangkan untuk menyediakan kebutuhan informasi pengunjung, mengenai koleksi peninggalan karya seni Islam, mushaf Al-Qur’an serta informasi umum terkait BQMI yang disajikan dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis Android. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode RAD (Rapid Application Development). Standar kualitas perangkat lunak ISO/IEC 25010 adalah yang digunakan dalam analisis kualitas aplikasi yang meliputi beberapa aspek diantaranya yaitu functional suitability, compatibility, performance efficiency dan usability. Hasil dari perancangan dan implementasi menghasilkan aplikasi BAYTIQ berbasis mobile smartphone Android yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pencarian informasi mengenai koleksi peninggalan karya seni Islam dan mushaf-mushaf Al-Qur’an yang terdapat pada Bayt Al-Qur’an dan Museum Istiqlal (BQMI). Selain itu pada aplikasi BAYTIQ dilengkapi dengan fitur pendaftaran pengunjung bagi rombongan dan petunjuk lokasi ke BQMI dengan peta yang terintegrasi dengan Google Maps.

ABSTRACT

A place that is used to store collections of relics of Islamic art and Qur'anic manuscripts. One of them is the Bayt Al-Qur'an and the Istiqlal Museum (BQMI). The search for information on collections of Islamic art works as well as the Qur'anic manuscripts on BQMI is still limited, so the media is needed for wider dissemination of information. The BAYTIQ application was developed to provide information on visitors' needs, regarding collections of relics of Islamic art, Al-Quran manuscripts and general information related to BQMI presented in the form of Android-based applications. In developing this application the method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The software quality standard ISO / IEC 25010 is used in application quality analysis which includes several aspects including functional suitability, compatibility, performance efficiency and usability. The results of the design and implementation resulted in an Android-based BAYTIQ mobile smartphone application that can be used as a means of searching information about collections of Islamic art works and Qur'anic manuscripts found in the Bayt Al-Qur'an and Istiqlal Museum (BQMI). In addition, the BAYTIQ application is equipped with a visitor registration feature for groups and location instructions to BQMI with maps integrated with Google Maps.
