Hubungan Kecanduan Internet Dengan Stres Pada Remaja Usia 12-15 Tahun Di Empat SMP Di Kecamatan Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur

Abstract


Di zaman sekarang, banyak remaja yang menggunakan internet. Dengan akses luas ke internet, kebutuhan dalam komunikasi, perbankan, pendidikan, dan bidang lain sekarang dapat dipenuhi tanpa bergantung pada waktu dan lokasi. Sementara membuat hidup kita lebih mudah, internet juga telah menyebabkan berbagai macam masalah ketika digunakan tanpa kesadaran. Salah satu masalah  kesehatan  masyarakat  yang  paling  serius  yang  menyertai  pertumbuhan  luas  dalam jumlah pengguna internet adalah kecanduan internet (Lai, et al., 2015).Kecanduan  internet  juga  dapat  menyebabkan  stres  Mereka  yang  menderita  stres  sering mengalami kesulitan besar dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan orang lain dengan cara yang sehat, positif, dan bermakna. Karakteristik manusia ini dipandang sebagai penentu penting kecanduan internet. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Gholamian et al., 2017, hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan  bahwa skor rata-rata stres  di  antara  yang memiliki  kecanduan  internet  secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada di antara pengguna internet normal (P <0,001). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecanduan internet dengan status stress pada remaja usia 12-15 tahun di empat SMP di Kecamatan Kramatjati, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan design cross sectional padaremaja usia 12-15 tahun di empat SMP pada  tingkat  8  dan  9. Remaja  dilakukan  wawancara  dengan  Internet  Addiction  Test  dan Perceived Stress Scale.
