Terapi Non Farmakologi pada Hipertensi

Abstract


Hipertensi masih menjadi Global burden karena prevalensinya sangat tinggi yaitu 20.525 per 100.000 penduduk pada tahun 2015, dalam jangka panjang hipertensi dapat menyebabkan beberapa komplikasi penyakit seperti stroke, penyakit jantung dll. Terapi non farmakologis menjadi alternatif dalam manajemen hipertensi untuk menjaga kestabilan tekanan darah. Artikel ini dilakukan dengan metode literatur review. Terapi non farmakologis yang berhubungan dengan penurunan tekanan darah adalah: diet DASH (5,5-6,7/3-3,5 mmHg ), penurunan berat badan (5-20 mmHg untuk setiap penurunan 10kg), diet asupan sodium (2-8 mmHg pada konsumsi 1500mg /hari), Mindfulness-based stress-reduction program (MBSRP) (7,5/5,3 dilakukan selama 2 bulan), pengurangan konsumsi alkohol (3,31-5,3/2,04-3 mmHg), Isometric Handgrip Trainning (2,94/2,4 mmHg dalam waktu 8 minggu),  Aktivitas Fisik (4-9 mmHg minimal 30 menit/hari), Aerobik 8,3/5,2 mmHg 40-50 menit/hari) dan Immersed Ergocycle (Sepeda Statis) 5,1/2,9 mmHg serta refleksi kaki (8,4/3,4 mmHg selama 30 menit). Terapi  ini sangat mudah dilaksanakan namun diperlukan konsisten dalam menjalankannya, terapi ini sangat minim efek sampingnya sehingga sangat tepat menjadi alternatif dalam upaya penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi.
