Analisis Dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Managemen Masjid Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus : Yayasan Masjid Darul Maarif Daaima Jakarta)

 Perkembangan terknologi informasi saat ini banyak digunakan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan memberikan kemudahan. Salah satunya adalah pada tempat ibadah atau masjid. Para jamaah masjid sering kali kesulitan mendapatkan informasi kegiatan atau agenda kajian, pengurus masjid juga terkendala ketika menyampaikan pengumuman atau pemberitahuan kepada jamaah masjid, selain itu pengurus juga terkendala dalam mengatur atau pendataan sumber daya masjid, mengelola keuangan masjid yang transparan, membuat laporan dan rekapitulasi anggaran kegiatan. Oleh karena itu untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada para jamaah, Masjid Darul Maarif menerapkan teknologi informasi berbasis online dengan membangun Sistem Informasi Managemen masjid. Pada awal penelitian ini akan dilakukan suatu proses analisis dan perancangan desain sistem informasi managemen masjid dengan melakukan pendekatan melalui metode kerangka pengembangan sistem FAST (Framework for the Application of system Technique) dan didukung dengan analisa kebutuhan PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service) dalam menemukan pokok masalah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe atau desain sistem informasi managemen masjid sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan berdasarkan penerapan metode yang digunakan. Dari hasil penelitian ini kemudian dapat menjadi sebuah acuan untuk pembuatan aplikasi atau pengembangan sistem informasi managemen masjid.

ABSTRACT

 Information technology developments are currently widely used to improve services and provide convenience.One of them is at a place of worship or mosque.Mosque worshipers often have difficulty getting information on activities or study agendas, mosque administrators are also constrained when delivering announcements or notifications to mosque worshipers, besides that administrators are also constrained in arranging or collecting mosque resources, managing transparent mosque finance, making reports and budget recapitulation activities. Therefore, to provide convenience in conveying information to worshipers, the Darul Maarif Mosque applies online-based information technology by building a Mosque Management Information System. At the beginning of this study a process of analysis and design of the mosque management information system will be carried out by approaching the Framework for Application of System Technique and supported by the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service). in finding the core of the problem. The results of this study are a prototype or design of information systems for mosque management that are in accordance with the needs and based on the application of the methods used.

From the results of this study can be used as a reference for making applications or developing information systems for mosque management.
